Questions
Does the client need to install anything?
No. The booking page opens inside their own Telegram. And if a client has no Telegram at all, you add the booking by hand — they get their own card in your client list, just like everyone else.
Who gets paid for the service?
You do. The platform takes no part in that payment and no percentage of it: the client pays you on the spot, as before. All that goes through BronBering is your own access to the panel.
What happens when access runs out?
A warning arrives three days ahead. After that, only creating something new is blocked: new services, new slots in the schedule, adding a booking by hand and the analytics section. Everything else stays — today, the calendar, the client file, confirming and cancelling bookings. And the client notices nothing at all: the booking page opens as usual, and they can still book any slot that already exists, same as before.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: within 30 days of the start of the paid period, once per profile. The refund button sits next to the payment in the panel. Full terms — in the offer
